AMED Talent Development Goal

Since its establishment in 2008, after a difficult initial period, the company has grown rapidly. What follows is that more and more difficult goals need to be broken through, and the goals of each stage require the joint efforts of the partners. And practice; for this reason, AMED’s goal of talent cultivation is to "build a learning organization" to meet various challenges in the future.


AMED Education System and Blueprint

AMED’s education and training system:

  • On-Job TrainingAll kinds of training within the department play the role of off-job training. Newcomer education and training, product education and training, work flow training, quality document training, job rotation, etc.


  • Off-Job Training : internal training, out-of-job training Education and training for new recruits (leisure in AMED, AMED’s spirit), regional management, sales skills, new knowledge in response to regulations or professional fields, or related external training courses for skill introduction.


  • Self-Development :  self-aware, solving problems, improving personal functions through on-the-job training to help individuals discover problems and find solutions to break through themselves, high-performance team support, and creating a positive and encouraging environment to improve personal functions.
