Communication channel

Employees are the foundation of AMED. The company attaches great importance to the needs and satisfaction of employees within the company. Therefore, a number of mechanisms have been set up to investigate the opinions of colleagues, including employee suggestion boxes and labor-management meetings.



Labor-management meeting: 1 time/quarter

The representatives of the AMED Labor-Management Conference are composed of high-level executives and colleagues from various departments. Regular meetings are held every three months. Through active communication between labor and management to enhance cooperation and reduce conflicts, the two parties can reach a consensus to promote labor-management cooperation and improve Work efficiency.
